J2 Care Collective was created to help individuals and families feel less overwhelmed and more supported as you navigate care.
This work is deeply personal to us.
J2 Care Collective is an extension of our day-to-day partnership as caregivers in our own family. Through caring for our loved ones — and being cared for as we’ve navigated our own health challenges — we’ve experienced firsthand how quickly caregiving can become overwhelming.
So much of it happens behind the scenes: the phone calls, the paperwork, the waiting rooms, the follow-up questions, and the constant effort to hold everything together.
We have been fortunate to have the time and bandwidth to take on these responsibilities, but we know many families do not have that luxury, even though they care just as much. That is why we created J2 Care Collective — offer families the kind of help and guidance we wish more people had: practical help, compassionate guidance, and someone in their corner.
As women of color, and through Erica’s lived experience as a Black woman, we also know that healthcare is not experienced equally by everyone. We want every family we work with to feel seen, cared for, and like they have someone by their side who will advocate for them and their loved ones as fiercely as we would for our own.

The way we partner with families is guided by a few core values that shape how we show up in every interaction.
Caregiving carries an emotional weight that is often unseen.
We meet families with empathy, patience, and a deep respect for what they are navigating.
Healthcare can feel confusing and overwhelming.
We help bring structure and clarity to complex information so families can make decisions with confidence.
Families invite us into some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
We show up with consistency, honesty, and a commitment to follow through.
Navigating care often means speaking up in systems that are not always easy to navigate.
We help ensure questions are asked, concerns are addressed, and families feel supported in every interaction.
We believe families deserve more than fragmented support and overwhelming systems.
We believe care should feel clearer, more coordinated, and more human.
And we believe no one should have to navigate it alone.
We start by listening. We take time to understand your situation, your concerns, and what matters most to your family. From there, we help create a plan and put it into action together, so you can move forward with more assurance and a greater sense of direction.
